Here you will find answers to a range of questions we get asked regularly.  The information below also covers some of our process and further sets expectations.

PREMADE BRANDING /
HOW IT WORKS

Once you have purchased one of our premade logo designs we will create your design in Adobe Illustrator and email you a watermarked Proof so that you can review your design and make sure everything looks perfect. Once you’ve replied to our email and let us know that you’ve approved the design then we’ll email your full set of files to you within 24 hours! Depending on the time of day that we receive your approval email, we are generally able to get your files created and emailed to you within a few hours. Each Premade Logo purchase includes the following design files:

(further files are depending on options chosen at purchase / all file inclusions information is also clearly outlined on each product page).

You recieve SEVEN (7) files for use on the web & for printing:

PNG – 72dpi + 300dpi resolutions / white background (Web + Print use).

PNG – 72dpi + 300dpi resolutions / transparent background (for Web + Print use).

JPG – 72dpi + 300dpi resolutions with white background (for Web + Print use).

PNG – 72dpi square profile size (for Web use).

EXTRA FILE OPTIONS (if chosen):

PNG WHITE WATERMARK  – 72dpi + 300dpi with a transparent background (for Web + Print use).

SUBLOGO  – All 7 files as above.

ALTERNATIVE LOGO – All 7 files as above.

PDF – Vector CMYK scalable to any large size file (for Print use)

One revision round is inclusive with your Premade Logo order.

This could include multiple revisions within that ONE ROUND.  It’s beneficial to include all your revisions so there’s no back and forth.

If you decide to make changes to your designs after final artwork has been dispatched to you, we may charge an aditional fee to re-artwork your files.

No, once work has begun on your Premade Logo design no refunds will be given. The important thing to remember when you are purchasing a Premade Logo design is that you are purchasing both a final product (the logo files) AND the time of the designer to provide the service of working on your design.

PRINTING
PRINT PRODUCTION / ORDERS / DELIVERIES

As of 2017, we will not longer be liaising or ordering printing on anyone’s behalf. We can recommend Printing Companies in Australia and overseas. It is up to the client to arrange their own printing. We provide the press production source files that you then provide to the Printing Co.
